These Terms & Conditions (T&C), as may be revised from time to time, apply to all our services available online or offline. They are applicable to personal, non-commercial use of our services and do not apply to our relationships with commercial service providers (B2B) with whom we have affiliations.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. The refund process mirrors the payment modality.
For purchases made through Mobile Financial Services (MFS) such as Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, etc., a service/cash-out charge will apply, which is borne by the customer. The charge varies depending on the MFS used.
Ticket issuance may take 24-48 hours, during which tickets remain in a booking state. If the airline changes the fare before issuance, the customer is responsible for paying the fare difference.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, will use our services in accordance with these T&C, and provide true and accurate information. If booking for others, you are responsible for informing them of these T&C.
Users can delete their accounts via Profile > Manage Data > Delete Account in the FlyGhor app. Account deletion is completed within 72 hours.
For data collected via social media platforms (e.g., Facebook), users must delete data through their respective platform accounts. Visit the platform’s data management section for details.
Deleting your account erases all associated data, including booking history, favorite guest lists, saved cards, and Trip Coins. You may re-register with the same email and phone number, but you will be treated as a new user with no access to previous data.
The FG Convenience Fee is a charge for the support, convenience, and services provided through FlyGhor’s online platforms.
Online EMI Charges are non-refundable.
