This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which FlyGhor processes refunds for bookings made through our online and offline services. These terms apply to personal, non-commercial use of our services and do not apply to our relationships with commercial service providers (B2B). Refunds are subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, vendors, and other service providers, as well as the conditions below.
FlyGhor will refund payments using the same method as the original transaction. The refund process mirrors the payment modality.
For purchases made through Mobile Financial Services (MFS) such as Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, etc., a service/cash-out charge will apply, which is borne by the customer. The charge amount varies depending on the MFS used during the purchase.
Ticket issuance may take 24-48 hours, during which tickets remain in a booking state. If the airline changes the fare before issuance, the customer is responsible for paying the fare difference.
FlyGhor customers can request refunds and voids automatically through the FlyGhor app or website. The following conditions apply:
The FlyGhor Convenience Fee is a charge for the support, convenience, and services provided through our online platforms. This fee applies to refund and void processing as outlined above.
Online EMI Charges are non-refundable.
