Introduction
Our refund policy for FlyGhor services

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which FlyGhor processes refunds for bookings made through our online and offline services. These terms apply to personal, non-commercial use of our services and do not apply to our relationships with commercial service providers (B2B). Refunds are subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, vendors, and other service providers, as well as the conditions below.

Refund Modality
How we process your refunds

FlyGhor will refund payments using the same method as the original transaction. The refund process mirrors the payment modality.

For purchases made through Mobile Financial Services (MFS) such as Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, etc., a service/cash-out charge will apply, which is borne by the customer. The charge amount varies depending on the MFS used during the purchase.

Fare Difference
Handling fare changes during ticket issuance

Ticket issuance may take 24-48 hours, during which tickets remain in a booking state. If the airline changes the fare before issuance, the customer is responsible for paying the fare difference.

Auto Refund & Auto Void
Automated refund and void options for FlyGhor users

FlyGhor customers can request refunds and voids automatically through the FlyGhor app or website. The following conditions apply:

  • Refunds may take 7-10 days from the date of application.
  • An airline refund charge will apply, as determined by the carrier.
  • A FlyGhor Convenience Fee will be applicable for processing.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
  • MFS refunds (e.g., Bkash, Nagad, Rocket) incur a service/cash-out charge, borne by the customer, varying by MFS.
  • Refunds are applicable only for refundable travel services.
  • Refund modality is subject to the policies of the carrier, airline, hotel, vendor, or service provider.
  • If the flight is within 24 hours of the refund application, a no-show charge will apply.
  • Payment voids are not applicable for flights on the same calendar date.
  • Payment voids are not applicable for Low-Cost Carrier flights (e.g., Jazeera Airways, Air Arabia, Air Asia, Indigo, SpiceJet).
  • Payment voids will be processed using the same payment method and may take up to 72 hours.
  • Due to Covid-19, airlines may cancel or reschedule flights at any time. Check health advisories before travel. In case of cancellation or rescheduling, airline policies and the FlyGhor Convenience Fee will apply.

Charges for using FlyGhor’s services

The FlyGhor Convenience Fee is a charge for the support, convenience, and services provided through our online platforms. This fee applies to refund and void processing as outlined above.

Online EMI Charges are non-refundable.
